Why we exist.
Swastik was building an AI-powered BD engine inside Synq.Work. The model was good. The outputs were technically correct. But the engine didn't know anything about how Synq.Work actually operated - which clients were strategic, which deals needed board sign-off, which approval workflows existed.
We realised the problem wasn't the AI. The problem was that the AI had no context. It was operating blind inside a complex enterprise. We stopped building the BD engine and started building the context layer. Once the layer existed, the BD engine worked. So did the finance engine. So did the HR engine.

This is not a typical startup narrative where the founders theorized an enterprise problem. We operated the enterprise, hit the problem, and built the fix. Synq.Work is still running. The engines are still running. And now we deploy them everywhere else.
